I usually don't write letters like this but, I wanted to take time out of my busy schedule to thank you for your service. A few months ago, a client approached me with building a two story addition for his house but, with the winter months approaching he requested that I submit permit drawings based on his design ideas within a few days. After the architect with whom I previously have worked with declined my request to produce these drawings for me, I reached out to you based on a recommendation from another builder. From day one you were very professional and treated me with the up most respect. I especially appreciate that you put my agenda ahead of yours and listened to exactly what my needs were. Within a few days I received a comprehensive set of permit drawings for a reasonable price which resulted in me receiving my permit in a timely manner. As a result the happy client has given me additional work for another project. Again thank you so much and I look forward to working with you in the near future.
